Under the Piano

This tells a story about an autistic girl, Rosetta.

At the beginning of this movie, Rosetta, played by Megan Follows, wants to die and drinks amonia. Her sister, who stopped to check on her, finds Rose lying on the floor and takes her to the hospital. When Rose is slightly better, Frannie asks Rose what happens. The movie then goes back in time to when they were children. The movie slowly builds up to the point to where it's a few weeks before Rose drank the amonia.

In the few weeks before Rose drank the amonia, Frannie helped Rose get a job. After working there for a week, Frannie gets married and warns their mother that Rose's schedule must be kept. Unfortunately while Rose is bringing home groceries she trips and breaks her leg. Rose is given a walking cast and is told not to go to work until the cast is taken off. Rose's mother, who is often cruel to Rose, is depressed and talks about how it would be better if they were both dead.

This movie is very action-packed and is enjoyable to watch. Megan Follows does a superb job acting. I would advise not to watch it around younger children, as they may be frightened by various scenes.
