Review

*1 (Gracie music!) Similar to Wind1 track 12, but this track is much longer

*2 similar to the part when the violin plays in "Anne Approaches Jack's Room". It's a lot different though.

*3. it has some RtA music in it, but it's a very beautiful collage. Some of the music I don't recognize. (It has Rodeo in it)

*4. somewhat similar to the first track, but after the first few cords it's different

5. Wind1 track 12 This plays a lot when Fat plays with Pal. It is a different key on this cd.

*6. I don't recognize this track. It sounds very WaMB-ish. I think I do recognize the way end from Wind... perhaps it was play with Luc Gerrad

*7. Snow and Rain on the Celtic cd

*8. similar to Wind 2 track 29

9. Anne3 track 14 BTW, I love this track. It drives my brother insane. :b It is a different key.

*10. I was positive that this was on one of the WaMB cds, but I can't find it.

11. RtA track 30

12. I recognize this, I think from the later episodes of season one from Wind. It might be on the RtA soundtrack. I know parts of it are on the RtA track, but I don't htink the whole thing is.

*13. I think it's on the Celtic cd. If not then it's on the Lullaby cd.

14. Wind2 track 4

*15. from Wind: "Many Happy Returns" It plays when Max proposes to Honey. (8:11 in the episode)

*16. variation of Anne3 track 14

*17. I don't recognize this from anything, but it's very pretty.

18. Wind2 track 15

19. Wind2 track 21 different key

20. Wind1 track 22 different key and played faster

*21. I'm pretty sure this is played in Anne3. When Diana says something about "You won't find that smell in Halifax." I don't think it's on the Anne3 soundtrack.

22. I don't recognize this, but it's pretty.

*23. This is a variation of "The Countess" from the RtA soundtrack. It's very very different though. I really like it.

*24: This is definately from RtA. It's a variation of Rodeo, but it's played with different instruments and sounds really neat.

25 RtA Felix and Blackie

26. a slow variation of a RtA track. I recognize it, but I can't find it.

*27. I really like this track. I don't recognize it from anything though. It's too bad it's so short. It might be played in the Road to Avonlea episode, "Secrets and Sacrifices"

*28. on the Celtic soundtrack (track 9)

*29. ha ha ha ha goodness... this sounds like it belongs in Wind "A Ghost of a Chance" but I don't think it's played in it. It sounds like Fat and Maisey music.

*30. pretty, but I don't recognize it from anything.

Simon Tremayne?

*31. on the Celtic soundtrack track 11 It is in a different key.

*32. A very interesting and pretty track

*33. A very interesting and pretty track

*34. I think I recognize the from the Celtic soundtrack

*35. I thought that this was on a WaMB soundtrack, but I can't find it.

*36: is a pretty arrangement of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen

*37. acappella singing in Latin. It's very pretty.

*38. I don't recognize it from anything, but it makes a wonderful ending for the soundtrack.

Out of thirty-eight tracks twenty-six tracks are new. Of the twenty-six new tracks five are variations of pieces on the Anne, Road to Avonlea, and Wind at my Back soundtracks. Of the twenty-six new tracks five tracks were on other extra cds.

Overall, it is a very pretty soundtrack. More than half of the tracks are variations of already released music, so that is a little frustrating. But if you have the money to purchase this soundtrack, I would purchase it. Of course, I am addicted to the Avonlea and Wind music, so I would encourage you to buy just about anything that had its music on it. ~laughs~ But like I said, it is a pretty soundtrack and a lot of the variations are different from the originals. The ones that are closest to each other are the ones that are in a different key. If you don't like redundancy, then I would recommend that you not buy this. I guess it really depends on whether or not you don't mind spending money on something that is similar to what you already have. I guess I'm pretty neutral since a friend gave me this soundtrack.
